UP is my new word for the year.
Up to remind me to stay positive & upbeat in times of hardship.
And also to remind me to grow up, wake up, screw up, make up, and stay up. I can't run away from my actions anymore. I need to be up, front and center, to face them and learn how to let them go.
Unafraid served me so unbelievably well in 2014 and I can't wait to see how UP goes in 2015.
