an ode to september

 

dear september, i love you for a lot of reasons, but your light is hands down the best. this late summer early fall transition is the probably my favorite time of year, weather-wise. hoodies and shorts, breaking out the moccasins, iced pumpkin spice coffee... yes, this transition is one of my favorites for sure.

Let's just call this summer + quarantine + wedding season in photos and forget that I haven't touched this space since May. 2020 is really something, y'all. I am so so grateful for my job and that I'm doing what I love, hanging out with my friends, Justin started a new job and I get to take pictures of the sunrise every morning when I pick him up from work, lots of Burlington trips and adventures, and all the coffee (of course).
